Anyone Who Is Using 9power?

Planning to buy this 9power + protect ignition coil w/o ground + brt racing CDI dual band + denso iridium spark plug. Is this combination be safe for everyday use? Will it cost any harm to my smx engine or battery? My smx is stock engine except open pipe. Need some comment to enlighten a newbie like me. Thanks t135 family..

Please be aware if your BRT unit is under warranty, the letter below is from BRT, stating that they will not cover warranty if racing (non standard) coils are used! just advice, as I don't want any of our T135 family to suffer, without knowing.

Hi Mick

There are so many variations of aftermarket coils and wires, we are uncertain of their quality. Most are not soldered, thus resulting in misfires when hot, potentially damaging the CDI. If racing coils and wires are used, warranty on our CDIs become void.

We do R&D on all our products using standard coil and wire, and found the results to be better than aftermarket coils anyway.

Other than the coil and wire, I really like your modifications!
