Whats The Difference Racing Gear Set (tranny Set) At Gear Set 1,2, & 4??

Wanna ast u something, why the engine bearing for clutch. i think 6202. Behind the Housing Clutch, still broke. I just change it twice, 1st 2010, 2nd 2011. Then when i check it again last week, still broke at same bearing. From STD gearbox, aftermarket gearbox. what happen?

can you show me a picture? the hand clutch utilizes a pull type and not push type like in the honda. usually its a lubrication problem or clearance problem. make sure to apply grease to the bearing.

Primary reduction ratio 69/24 (2.875)
Secondary reduction ratio 39/15 (2.600)
Gear ratio
1st 34/12 (2.833)
2nd 30/16 (1.875)
3rd 23/17 (1.353)
4th 23/22 (1.045)

the above is stock, would changing the 1st 2nd and 4th as below would be a good wide ratio for long highway rides.

1st 31/12 (2.583)
2nd 29/16 (1.812)
3rd 23/17 (1.353)

4th 21/22 (0.954)
or
4th 20/22 (0.909)

Final Drive Ratio
Front / Rear
15/39 or 15/37 (between this two)

This one was the broke bearing.

the bearing you are referring to is a centercase bearing where the gear 1 shaft passes thru. either you are using substandard bearing? or your center case has a "crack" which causes your bearing to be disaligned? or too much vibration?? it could be anything...

Hurm, 1st bearing ofcoz the STD original bearing, then i change to SKF C3 bearing fullset, only 1 or 2 pieces were C2, also the bearing broke, then i change to Nachi Bearing, C2, equal to std original bearing. and also broke, same way, same style. Right now, i'm using the KOYO C3 Bearing. Hopefully its gonna hold much longer. The house bearing, were in good condition, no crack, all in center alignment.

!!!! maybe you can sell me a gear 4-22T wheel gear? presently i am using stock gear 4 combination (23/22). the gear 4-22T wheel gear would give me better top end (gear 4-22/22 combo).

would the item above be a big performance boost to aid the stock displacement, i'm just afraid that if i were to go down on a 15/37 front and rear sprocket it might not have the adequate torque and feels kinda laggy. please do correct me if i'm wrong.

free spinning bearings is a help. with the above wide ratio and 15/37 sprocket yes you will need more torque. maybe its about time for a displacement upgrade. an uma 62mm bore kit and 22/19 big valve head and right camshaft...

so far i'm keeping an eye on the vixion 57mm upgrade kit + vixion camshaft + spring valve + patience + $$$...

but buying a gearset almost costs as much. what i do is i buy parts one by one then put them aside. once i have completed my wish list then its the only time i install them in one seating. no need to rush on parts buying. it may take a year to buy all the parts you need, thats ok. by that time your old mc might need that upgrade because of all the wear and tear.

drag is about quickness..e.t....or estimated time..land speed record is about top speed over distances..so which is which..
