stator coil protection

blinking headlight - have you check your battery level?! stock battery?!
busted tail light - is the replacement original?!
did you modify your wirings?! like fast charging etc....

regarding rewinding a stator coil, most electricians with experience in rewinding motors knows about this by removing stock magnet wire counting the number of turns per core. just bring your stator to a trusted rewinding shops.. AFAIK

mine is already rewind.. almost a 1year still ok and charging normally hehe..

I'm here at maguindanao province. i dont have any trust in the mechanics here. can u please ask your mechanic on the process of rewinding and i'l do it on my own because the busted stator has been rewind by one of the mechanic here witrh no any diagram ben recorded after he dismantled it. give to me also the number of magnetic wire used. Is it advisable to put electrical enamel on the after it was rewind?

Yup but not much, just enough to cover the magnet wires, this will serve and add protection to magnetic wires(electrical varnish other term/s I think). After rewinding of your stator by you mechanic, is it working?

hhmm,, it has some sort of relation, if you install HID not in direct connection to battery or all of your lights is not battery driven. Yes its possible since ballast for HID is also have coils or it is electronic ballast.
Regarding to the diagram for stator coil, I dont know if this available here in the forum. Maybe the best choice for you now is to buy a new 1 and try to compare it with your old and defective 1, because your mechanic got a little messy rewinding your stator. just my own suggestion.;)
