POORMANS TPS MOD
Hi guys
many are asking how to enable TPS using big carb.
Heres a mod how to do the poor man's way of having a TPS.
we call this how to poormans mod because its a quick lazy way of enabling tps
using home materials and tools.
note:
TPS is very important for our bike since its the EYE OF OUR ENGINE.
it makes our bike provides the best performance because it computes
the engine load, rpm to ignition timing. Also called 3D ignition timing
MATERIALS:
-1pc of hairclip (steal it from your wife/girlfriend hair accessories
-cyanoacrylite (super glue/mightybond)
-some springs
-some rubber hose
-some tiny wires
1. bend the hairpin as shown in the picture.
2. apply a small amount of cyanoacrylite/superglue just enough to hold the hairpin and still can be move if you need to change the angle.
3. put the throttle cable end in between the hairpin and tie
a small copper wire or any wire to hold it.
4. now align everything and see if it follows the cable when you move the throttle cable
5. if everything works, apply a glue to the hairpin and plastic to make it permanent.
6. thats it!

-you can also use spring from ballpen for return spring.
-this cable is from stock cable accelerator pump.
i cut the original stopper and create a new one from
copper wire wound into the cable and cover it with
epoxy.
