on my setup it works perfect!
vixion bore kit
dati 137kph topspeed on my GPS test (see youtube videos)
after installing the lighten flywheel +10kph,
its became 147kph GPS just by installing the lighten flywheel alone.

improve overtaking time on traffic, better topspeed

if youre engine is 180cc plus i guess you dont need this since
your engine can carry the stock flywheel without any effort due to powerful engine.

below that, highly recommended ko as per my own personal experience and also rowans experience.

you can choose to destroy your original stock flywheel to lighten or
better yet install this lighten flywheel for plug and play.

one thing...if ever ma install ko ito..do i need to shave my magneto? sabi ng iba need daw mag shave ng magneto para balance..p pm nlng po ako if ever...kung mas OK na mag shave din ng magneto p pm nlng po ty...
