hi guys

after some jettings with my stock t135 carb.
i realized that the stock mainjet size is #103.8

from the service manual it states mainjet #105 , its wrong.

in reality carb main jet size installed in our bike is #103.8
this can be confirmed with the T135 Parts catalogue
page 15.

UPDATE:
yes its correct the handclutch have mainjet #103.8 installed
while Autoclutch have mainjet #105

so the 105 would mean more fuel being shot into the carb, right? which would mean more accelaeration?

not acceleration but top speed i guess since its main jet that controls 3/4 to full throttle

i dont know the reason why

they have 103.8 on hc and 105 on auto clutch.

anyone care to comment why is that?

the HC should be more fuel efficient than AC in theory, because HC starts at 1500 rpm because the clutch mechanism makes full contact at ur discretion, compared to AC that depends on secondary centrifugal clutch that makes contact at 3000 rpm..
