Post picture of SP and details on your mods sir. It's hard to make conclusion without knowing the full details.

Sir down head, we removed the base gasket, piston pocket, changed the clutch spring into stiffer one, port and polish, NGK iridium SP and the rest are stock.

If the electrode of the sp is in a good condition a rusty brown color that is normal i encountered this kind of sp problems and my uncle said that is normal because of the cooling system of engine is good i dont know why try to look in your pipe every morning pre heat if u see a water comes out in the pipe that means ur engine runs in a good condition my mc is 5years old and everytime i watch my sp the thread is wet but the electrode is dry and a rusty brown color
Sorry sir for my opinion and my english

If your on stock carb and your SP is wet then your on rich mixture. If your on big carb but your SP tip is brown and dry then it's okay.

Thanks so much sir. I'm just wandering why it is so. I am also observing the performance but is okay so maybe it is just normal. I am not alone. Again thanks for that info.
