Sir Im from Pangasinan, particularly near Lingayen. just wan to ask if you have a chapter here?

....I do appreciate the S.O.S Clans soul of interest that its QUALITY and not quantity, henceforth if establishing new chapters from new areas would require good chapter coordinator with unending ddedication to the group and the mother society itself.
In conclusion to that, the coordinator itself must have a good leadership skills in order for the chapter to succeed..... the coordinator must be screened, picked,
and blessed by the mother chapter....
