well.. there's controversy about do closing AIS line really improves performance... some said AIS disrupts the exhaust flow by injecting fresh air from the air box to prevent rich exhaust gas... but dyno tests shows that there's no effect or additional performance gained by closing the AIS line.. so.. lets go green.. let it be AIS... lol...

Really happy that you support the "go green"

I dunno why most of us have itchy hands, always want to manipulate AIS line.
But what happen if our after market pipe has no catalyzer then??

I have tried tips #3 yesterday afternoon. 2 hours job....haha

hard to get those small air filters, but I have tried the petrol filter instead of air filter its works...haha.

after unplug the air hose, and the filter i bought cannot fit the hole, and i found some useable small host in my LC and cut about 2-3 inch, then suck it in the air hose and then plug it the petrol filter firmly, after that tight it with the tight ring provided ...vola...job done. I tested the engine, its blowing air out.....after that i find another big rubber hose which wrap around the small hose then take it out, and use the rubber hose to close the air box hole and tight it with few cable tie....job done here too....and test drive....can feel abit power.....easy to start up engine too....

mmmm....may be i will draw something so that easy to understand?
