Steven Ang

Bore x Bore x Stroke x 0.7854 = Cc

example: (stock bore and stroke of our T135 engine)
54 x 54 x 58.7 x 0.7854 = 134436.29 :thumbsup::thumbsup:
thanks mates~ but im not sure how much the stoke is ~ with uma racing piston~ the bore size 65mm and i dint jack up my rod so is it going be same as stock? 54??

no sir the stock stroke of our t135 engine is 58.7 :thumbsup: so if you are using your stock stroke with 65mm uma bore..
65 x 65 x 58.7 x 0.7854 = 194785.09 :thumbsup::thumbsup: monster engine..:inlove::inlove:

plus put a racing crankshaft..and your 195cc engine will be more than 200cc..:D:D:dance::dance: syark racing have a racing crank for our t135..:thumbsup::thumbsup: since you upgrade to a bigger bore (in my opinion) purchase a racing crank so your mechanic will do it once..you will also save money for the talent fee of your mechanic..:D:Djust my opinion sir..:thumbsup::thumbsup: by the way 195cc engine is pretty much for a small machine..:thumbsup::thumbsup::inlove::inlove:

Be careful on trying to add a crankshaft jackup to that set up as i was told by mechanic it's maxed out the way it is and he wouldn't recommend doing it. I trust my mechanic too brother!!

I am not sure brother as I have done absolutely 0 work on our bike, a trusted friend and mechanic has built the whole thing. What he said was if i upsize to the 65 and superhead pro that i couldnt do the crankshaft jackup as the thing was basically maxed out.

Lots of seasoned mechanics here to answer if it's necessary to change or not, hopefully someone will answer.

Best of luck on the monster build man!!

Afaik based on what mechanics told is with higher cc, you'll need to change your rod with more durable one since stock isn't designed for higher cc's as well as it's much better to balance the crank for much better top speed and less vibration at highspeeds for smooth ride. You could even feel that vibration when in center stand and you rev it high .

Afaik bro, every mechanic especially the good ones has its own secret recipe. Maybe thats just his own style. Please update us after he set it up if he meet your expectations.
