my bike problem

i just bought a 2nd hand nob1 triovale ss....i put it to my stock bike..n after tune the a/f with my current main jet 110 n pilot 20.0...the bike is somehow feel like not smooth (buk buk buk buk)..it sometime when i running it,it like the bike go n it slow back..(feel go n back again)..y could this be happen????

i also try 115 main with 22.5 and 25.0 pilot...n the result is same
i also try 110 main with 25.0 pilot n guess what..the result also same..

now i revert to stock pipe because it give me a headache..n go back to 110 main n stock pilot 20.0

n the (buk buk buk buk) is just didnt want to BACK OFF!!!..

y could this be happen to me???anyone will help me solve this " mystery "??

where does this buk buk buk sound comes from? is it in the engine or in the exhaust?

it's your valve clearance or check ur carb intake gasket and tighten all screws.. could be an air leak.. i experience it once.. makes the idle not smooth.. or your TPS setting.. in short.. something makes the timing advances..

i experience this one before semi tune up... after that its fine so far.... since i just tuned my bike last sunday...

ur main jet is too big.. revert to 105.. 108 only needed after raising compression or stage 2 cam..

agree on this...

before i was using 107.5 main, i had bluk bluk on full throttle

when i downjetted to 105, everything was fine....performance was even better

btw, im using freeflow exhaust too

alright..tonight i will open and redownjet my main jet to stock...but im afraid my bike didnt deliver enough fuel to the combustion chamber...

alright...i just reset the valve clearance....in 0.10...out 0.13..n put back the choke mechanism...btw...can anybody post picture on where the choke spring is rightly situated???n thanks....

back 2 the topic...ehm..i just open n clean my carb...the main 100 n pilot 20 is leave just where it supposed to sit...

n set the a/f back 2 stock which is...1 5/8..n replace the stock airfilter.....after i run my bike,it seem ok n i check my plug..it brownish which is great rite??hahaha...but i still didnt satisfied coz my bike aren't fast as before...

ok..now (today) i just put the nob1 triovale ss...but i leave the main n pilot as my stock setting..n this early morning,i will try my bike n check the plug...

now my mec said that he set the a/f which is didnt reach 1 turn...n the result was ok...

i wanna ask smthing....why my nob1 triovale manifold has become blueish????y did this happen??
