mod: Project double dual disc front tzr mags

did some mods today

what i want to happen is to install the tzr 250 mags in front.
since the mags is wide, it cannot fit to the stock front of t135.

in order to fir it, the TPOST needs to be changed to a wider one.

the stock TPOST has only 120mm left fork to right fork.
the newer TPOST i installed have 150mm
much wider!

the new TPOSt i used is from SYM Grand Dink 150 scooter.

what we will do is remove the Vertical pipe of the stock t135 tpost
and install it in the Kymco Grand dink tpost bracket.

the t135 vertical pipe is direct fit with the grand dink tpost bracket.

Heres the TPOST with bushing machined.

the Kymco dink tpost have big shocks compared to t135.
so a bushing is made to fit the stock fork of sniper

some tzr250/fzr250 mags are single disc. Some are double disc

dont know the dimension for the rgv.
i guess it will, it just needs machine shop
to fit the mags to the swingarm

today i bought 2 sets of fork housing for sniper.
the brand is COMBIZ fork by mighty development of thailand.

what i like about this fork is the unique design and it has
a builtin front fender holder just like in Yamaha R6.

why i bought 2 sets of fork housing is because ill be using
only the right side fork where there is a bracket for the caliper
since i have dual disk brake front

hopefully i can install it this week as im very busy with my baby google cache

Traxxas, they look a lot like the Trusty fake inverted forks here. almost exactly alike.

just for info.....the dust seal is for HONDA EX5,maybe its have dffrent name in your country,but ive changed it before,anyway your bike must be really awesome after this traxx dont forget to post the pic bro

it looks inverted but its not.
trusty, gazi and other thailand brands have the same design
