Yeah I know, Which is why I am going to remove the catalytic converter.
We used to have open pipes here, But now rules changed and they won't allow anything except the stock exhaust. But we can still use a stock exhaust of another bike.

Also, What do you think about the fuel consumption compared to stock mileage?
here in the philippines with some brands sell power pipes mostly made in taiwan. the headers are larger diameter than stock. the muffler is stock looking but the internals have been modified. then there is removable insert on the pipes end to lower the decibels. attach when in the city then can be removed when doing touring rides for better performance. but they cost more than open pipes

The GTR is not powerfull like you think, the MXKing in my country (Yamaha Exciter 150i) top speed on digital speedometer is 137 and the GTR is 144. But The MXKing leads the first all the time.

My bike's modified:

Yamaha T135 5 speeds***
-Engine: Upgrade 150cc with FZ150i kit (block 57mm, piston 57mm, camshaft, valve spring).
-Exhaust: UMA Racing Exhaust.
-Intake: Keihin CVK 30mm (TPS sensor, Electric Choke, Acceleration Pump, 132 mainjet, 40 pilot jet) + K&N R-1090 Airfilter.
-Plug: NGK Iridium, CDI Shark (TPS support).
-Sprocket: front 14, gear 39 with aluminum rear sprocket (~122 gram).

And i beat the GTR150 easily from start to end (distance: 1200m) and maybe i can keep it up with the Satria F150.

Speaking of drag set up, you need also a lighter weight bike to go faster specially on taking off...
We replace our chassis converted into light weight alloy, lighter wheels, etc..
Lighter bike is the most advantage when it comes in drag racing.. Longer stroke it gives your bike more power..

Hi All,

I currently own a 4-Speed Autoclutch SMX

I'd like to know how much I would need modify to beat the new Honda 150CC Supra in a drag race.

Can we beat it on these mods:

62mm bore
big carb
high lift cams
big valve heads / port 'n polish
Ignition Coil
RCDI
Irridium Spark Plugs
Aftermarket gearbox
change sprocket combi
Sir your current parts when properly match will beat 150cc supra..
