good morning all , after doing some research this is what i came out with,
i have marked what the signals/charge that comes out of the alternator(9), goes in to the rectifier/regulator(2), however not all the charge coming out of the reg/rec(2) is DC, going out to the left is DC but going out to the right is regulated AC(12V),wire Y/R goes from (9) to(2) but is tee off to other parts of the wiring(mainly lighting)thats why its blinking at low revs...soo, if u install an LED system and tap the supply power from the battery , its essentially supplying power to the battery and light VIA one charging coil, so the lighting coil remain unsed...to solve this problem is to convert the lighting coil to DC with a bridge rectifier or an led with a bridge rectifier....
