How To Propper Break In A Steel Bore.

I recently bought a faito 60mm bore kit. And I would like to know the correct way to break in and maintenance very detailed. When to change oil, how to drive .. when to shift gears, how to run throttle . The warm up time . To take care of it very detailed. Some one with experience please explain to me.
