Bore How To Know Blow By

Smokey pipe in my sniper bore 62mm what is the possible cause of smokey pipe?i already replace valve seal and all valve are ok,we check piston and bore smooth and no scratch but the piston is still ok but the piston and block are loosy is this ok or not and what should i do hope for ur responce guys im newbee
