That point is still considered as ground or the negative side of the horn.., and connected to the negative terminal of the battery.

i encountered one.. it only emits low sound, thats why i change to a BOSCH brand horns..

what specific problem you have with your horn?, not working/no sound, weak sound or squeaky etc.

at first it was weak sound, then its not sound normally when i push a bit longer...yesterday i had changed the horn set...the mechanic said that the wiring inside maybe loose or disconnect at the welding part...anyway thanks for your concern
