Carburetor Help! Loud Clacking Sound From Stock Carb`

recently i installed back my mikuni stock carb, clogging some passages from the acce pump using devcon coz its useless anyway coz of the leakage, as rubber sustained ordinary wear and tear and visibly secretes some fuels when it was previously in_used... well, i thought everything is nicely done but on the first start a loud clacking sound when at idle is so audible and noisy its like slamming piston inside the carb, i already brought my unit to 3s shop but they said its normal on mikuni carb... by the way im using cone type air filter..

could it be normal or something is wrong with my carb?
