yes it will fit,
measure the OUTSIDE DIAMETER of your carb (engine side)
it will fit with 32mm to 36mm OUTSIDE DIAMETER (engine side)

if you are using Raider Rubber Manifold, this yamaha manifold is perfect fit.
if you are using LHK (for 28mm carb) rubber manifold, this yamaha manifold is perfect fit.
