check your bulb load plus wattages on magneto drive,like head light,park light,tail light,panel light-is 1.7 watts each,,,,do you have any extra bulb light that connected w/ thenpark light?

If your headlight is too much dim even at high RPM, I think there is a problem in your stator.. Low power output.. bring it to a trusted electrical mechanic to check your stator sir and get his recommendation..

there is something wrong in your circuit or to your electrical system,,,i convert my snipee to battery operation before,bec i use HID,and make a manual fast charging system,,,,cut the black wire which is negative and put a switch on it,,HID-on,,push the switch on for fast charging,,,,,,,,,when HID get busted system back to stator operation again,,,,,put the stock bulb again---the beam or light is ok,,,when idle the light is slighly dim,which is normal in stator or magneto operated light

how much voltage does the stator produce sir? I can only see bright at about 80kph

on stator,its up to 18 volts AC,,,,controlled by rectifier to DC and regulate the volts to 12v,charging rev @2-3k rpm-13.5-8v onward back to 12v,
note:AC volts is from stator without rectifier or voltages regulator,,yellow red wire is for headlight
