Dear Someone,
Please revise and carefully study the city ordinance of the fort taguig city.
popularly know as section 85, implemented by the motorized white security of the fort, i think they are Aglipay Security
that section 85 has no concrete basis of the unusual noise emits by mc muffler,
NOT clearly define what is the standard decibel level that alows the motorist to enter the teritory of THE FORT, Taguig city
most of all is this section 85 only applies to the UB motorist?
what if the motorist is Aglipay security personnel that has open muffler is he will be apprehended also?
as seen below , Aglipay security rides a UB motorcylce that has an open muffler inside the fort (market market parking lot)
