Who has exprience bearing conrod failure, i had on mine cost me to overhaul the engine. The mechanic told me the oil hole for the conrod is small thus oil was not properly lubricate the bearing causing to fail
This has caused the block wall scratched

The mechanic has fixed it , a new conrod, bearing others has to be changed which has cost me a bump,
Also the mechanic has modified the new conrod installed by widening the oil hole for enhance lubricant

it is in break in period now and since the overhaul is done i took the opportunity to change valve spring, cam and 150FZI block

well u will see if it will work or not

i did widen the oil channel to the cam bearings, widen the oil channel on both sides for the piston shaft and also added twice as much holes to the oil ring channel of the piston when i was still fooling around with my wave. But i never felt the necessity to widen the hole on the conrod bearing as it is well very much lubricated. nothing seized on my wave
but it was mostly my own intuition when i was doing my mods.

or maybe its time to upgrade your bike, traxx

do the maths, it might worth more to get another new faster bike
rather den fixing a busted modified one with more expensive mods

consider the vixion, u might like it
but its real boring to live with a vixion, i warn u first

For better lubrificate you can make one better oil Flo with one stainless filter :

Or deeper drill the hole in the filter house

For the mark is PC flo .
The price is beetween 15 and 20$ without shipping
You find this filter by lot of mark (pc flo , scott .....) but you need to know there is just one builder and the difference beetween mark is just the price (from 15$ to 90$ for the same model ) .

If that safe for the motor :
You can have to 7 more flow before open the oil by-pass , there is lesser restriction than oem filter with better filtration .
