Bore Can We Do Something About This?? Cmr 61mm Bore

Only used this bore up kit for 5 days....but during break in period..i was so eager that i forgot to maintain 50kph......went for 125kph with my wifey as my backride then...after 2km...something went wrong....lost engine power...when we open the bore up kit....there are scratches already. Question: is there anyway to repair this bore up kit? TIA

Buy a 62mm hispeed piston or jvt piston kit.,then have your block rebored.,only cure i think since your block is damaged.,

honed the block a little and have the piston polished..check the rings groves for proper clearance, install and check the pressure...good luck!!

Hi sir..Im not using any of those.I think its more economical to buy a new bore than to buy a new piston. 62mm piston is still expensive especially UMA
