Bore Bubbles On Coolant Reservoir Tank..

the story: i bought a brand new xray 62mm steel bore with forge piston last week on 1 of the verygood seller here in the forum,the problem is bubbles or air pressure on the cooling system..you can see or notice the bubbles on reservior tank when u park or stop ,right after cruising around 110 kph up., its only takes 30-40 mins stop and go road...,i already change 2 different head gasket pair it with treebond sealer but the problem is still there..but if speed up below 90 kph the cooling system is normal and no bubbles..
the finding;
*no oil and coolant mix
*no white smoke on muffler
*no loss or overflow of coolant
*no whistling sound
*no overheat sign on gauge or panel
the setup;
62mm steel with forge piston
19/22 lhk bigvalve head
28mm keihin round
stock intake manifold (?)
others stock
standard piston setting with gaskets
comparison;
no problem on cooling system on vixion 57mm high comp set on my previous setup..
Calling all 62 user here your reaction ,suggestion ,recommendation are highly apreciated!
dont want to here its depends on the mechanic!
thank you..ride safe..

mmm... more like my Turbocharged Gas Car but seldom occurs if I pushed it too hard.

Causes:
The temperature is too high boiling the Coolant and evaporating it thus distilling the coolant.
* Increased bore means thinner cylinder wall thus it makes it too hot for the current cooling system to boil and not able to catch up with the temp exchange.
* Your compression is too high
* You are using a hot spark plug, try to use a colder range spark plug (Most probable cause) - 5 (Very Hot) 6 (Hot) 7(Normal) for Stock engine and Modded Engine
* Your radiator cover is defective, it won't diffuse the boiling in the reservoir (Most probable cause) as what you said "NO coolant Transfer to Reservoir" wherein it should transfer it if it is very hot.

is your problem solved sir?...I also have the same problem right now..waiting for the head gasket from sir trax..hopes it will fix the problem..i'll give you a feedback on what will be the result...

It's just the way of sipping the reserved coolant mix and you see bubbles..due to air that's pushing the coolant to flow upward..to compensate the heat.

Actually it depends on mechanic..hahaha..i change my mechanic and the problem solve...your right @takumi my cr is 18 to high for standard cr......maybe u can use gasket maker @ manofsteel works fine on me....

hahaha you can now edit your post on "depends on the mechanic" sir...that's a good news anyway... ride safe!!

Whats up bro? We have the same problem right now, like yours before, may set up of may mc is 62mm block 19/22 valve thers no problem before, but now i installed strocker pin 2mm on may current set up, and the problem of may coolant is liked yours problem before, you think becoz of high compression? When im on the traffic the radiator fan is turning on, turning off and turning on again, that means the thermostart is open and the themperature is getting hotter and the boiling coolant from block and cyclender head is up forward to radiator to cooldown, and the coolant of may radiator is hotter also, and the radiator cup is open and the coolant is tranfer to reservoir, but the problem of the coolant transfred to reservoir is not going back to radiator when its coldown the engine. Can anyone can explain how reservoir works?

NOTE:

NO LEAK ON HEAD GASKET.
MABILIS LANG TALAGA MAG INIT.

Sir the bubbles coming out from your radiator are coming from air leak between bore/head and your cooling system...mostly it comes between the head gasket..due to improper surface mating between bore and head due to overheating..you can solve the problem by resufacing the head or bore and or putting good gasket sealant..

At bagong copper gasket at maganda silicon gasket. Salamat
