135lc Clutch To Clutchless Mod

Does anyone know if it is possible to mod a clutch type LC135 into clutchless ?
What are the things needed ?

I am also thinking of my new Sniper 150fi to be clutchless. So it would be better to ride it everyday and still got the power of the 150cc.
