I am having this problem of limiting sound on my carburetor after installing 60mm faito borekit, ported, sun racing valve spring, 28mm carb, racing cdi, faito turbo cams. Pls help how to solve this problem.

What do you mean limiting... Sun racing valve spring is a no good aftermarket part as I remember there is a member here that blew the engine due to this part

Just like a squeeking sound on the carburetor. Its like having a limiter on a stock cdi. I have notice thqt sun valve spring is too soft than the stock right before we installed it. But I said why would they make that if its not for that so we didnt hesitate on installing it.

change your valve spring to vixion, cms, hispeed, tk and those valves spring that were tested and proven already by some members and veterans here before you blew your engine off
john carlo was right that there is a member here that blew his engine after using sun racing valve spring

btw put air cleaner in your carb to minimize the sound from your carby

Thanks to everyone who helped. Problem solved. Changed sun valve spring to stock. Sun valve spring very soft.

OT may i ask you guys if it is ok to remove the thermostat? i encountered blow up engine, my block and cylinder head had been seriously damaged, something that you cant imagine, as per my mechanic the main cause of this is my valve spring (sun valvespring) is too soft its valve floated and kiss the piston and his 2nd oppinion is that the engine overheated. the water pump is ok but he noticed that the thermostat when he pulled it out is closed and he think that this is also the reason why i overheated. and i tell him that my sensor in pannel did not flash but the sensor is working properly so as the radiator fan.
damaged: block, piston smashed, cylinder head, 2 exhaust valve head removed from its stem, connecting rod bend and lots of granules of the piston and cylinder wall and valve tip is inside the main engine. in total, its a DISASTER!!! pls reffer to the pic.

I suggest you change also that spring because it only carry a 10k rpm beyond that it will valve float... New year is coming kaboom!!!!!!!!........

Now im having aproblem about ng exhaust valve stick. My mechanic blew it! He had bended my exhaust valves. Now I need to replace them. Anyone selling 2ndhand exh valve stick? Pls recommend me one. Txt 09127404655 las pinas area

first u need a stiffer valve spring, or if you dont want to buy, you need patience so as not to over rev your engine but the thing is you put load on your bike so you should use & maximize it right?
but come to think of it, you need to mix and match parts, meaning you have to consider its durability and if it matches with other parts you installed in your bike...
example, you installed rcdi and big bore, therefore you need to upgrade other engine parts to match with it like changing the valve spring, made some necesary adjustment... like valve pocketing etc...

Do you remember the size of your sun racing valve springs? As far as I know, thermostat is normally closed when not on use, like you said, your mechanic told you that it is closed. It is only open when coolant is at high temp. around 80 degrees Celsius enough to open and widely open during very high temp 100 degrees.check this out paps..this is from http://www.yamahat135.com/threads/blow-up-engine.16165/

Do you remember the size of sun racing VS? As to stock we have 2.5 mm dia., 10 turn & 47 mm in length. I Have here the same brand but not yet installed, its size is 2.8 mm dia., 9 turn & 47 mm in length. Mush stiffer than stock. I am thinking now whether to installed it for 62mm chrome bore with semi dome piston and 5.7 mm lift cam.
