So yeah, you've read that right. It got busted coz of a faulty battery, it shorted all of my electricals. Busted lights, all of them, and since that thing happened, my fuel gauge stopped working too. What I want to know is, what to do now? 
Is there any chance to repair it, like replace some parts or something? Am I required to buy a new speedometer assembly, as in the whole thing? Or should I just buy a separate fuel gauge for a quick and cheaper remedy? It's really a bummer if you don't know how much fuel you have left, and it's also dangerous lol. TIA for the replies.
