GOOD DAY SNIPER OWNERS...i need your hELP very badly.

im experiencing CRACKING and GRINDING sounds from the engine before and after i releasing the clutch lever.although speed isn't affected at all. my clutch linings were replaced just 2 months ago which is my second time. its just now that im experiencing this problem. considering that i made a very few aftermarket modifications on it concerning the engine. Like clutch spring, cdi, spark plug, pipe, and 14/41 sprockets.

im looking forward to reading your helpful recommendations.
(if you cud also direct me to an expert mechanic around Bulacan area)

thanks alot in advance.

finally, i got the problem solve just for the grinding sound. The sound was created by the bearing (#6901) located on the cover holding the clutch spring. It was the bearing of clutch release pulley (i hope it's the right term for that. MC is now ok.

thanks to those "BROS" who exerted effort to come up with the probable solution.
More power and ride safe.

wow never thought of that bearing could cause such a problem, for it is soaked in oil all the time... good thing you solved that problem...

m sorry bro..i falied to capture a picture of it. next time we will open it again because another problem had arised since that bearing should be soaked in oil.

chiglai...i never taught of it also because it is another puzzle now for me... the mechanic had obsrved that also...my clutch plates and clutch lining are dry when he opened it to check. considering that we got enough oil when we change oil. i pour 1 liter of oil on it.

QUESTION is; why is it that it is always dry everytime we check the clutch linings and plates...theres no smoke coming out from my exhuast.no leaks also underneath.any probable cause for this?
their must be a solution for this.

tnx again in advance.

tough one... clutch plates and linings dry even if 1 liter of oil is poured in... ive experience that 1 time.. but the oil ive drained was only 500ml.. hehehehehe im pretty sure that 1 liter would circulate in the plates and lining easily for oil level is high..
