I guess you are using Keihin PE 28 series carburetor similar to Honda NSR SP carburetor, so for 150 cc displacement with hi duration and lift cam you can try start Pilotjet from 42 and 115 for Mainjet. If you want higher top speed and not sacrifice acceleration with your tire combination please use 15-40, or you can use stock sprocket combination 15-39 with change on 4th gearbox ratio so your engine don't go overdrive when shifting your gear from 3rd to 4th.

No problem for stock exhaust pipe but you need change it's header to bigger for optimum result, and don't forget to rejetting your carburetor.

I have compared my speedometer's top speed with android HTC Evo 3D device which navitel program installed on that, the result shown 10 km/h heavier in android GPS than real speed on my meter. 110 km/h in speedometer = 100 km/h in navitel program.

Wow... with that higher compression pressure I just wondering how water coolant infiltrate to your combustion chamber... :D since CR was gone with 1 mm shave it can be 14:1 Compression Ratio.

I thing that's not totally accurate since engine power band will drop enough when we change gear 3 to gear 4. so in that pict maybe 128 km/h in 4th gear can be difficult to reach or take long track to reach tat topspeed with 15-39 sprocket.
